Complaints

The warranty of the metal elements is within 10 years /According to the European legislation/ and excludes the cases of natural aging of the product as well as the cases of damage related to improper use.

 Repairs during the warranty period are free of charge, the customer will only bear the transport costs.

 We only repair jewelry purchased from us!

The guarantee covers:

  • Loss of crystal due to bad mounting on metal part.
  • Apparent manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal aging of the metal part or crystals, resulting in scratches and aging of the metal coating, as well as fading of the coating.
  • Defects caused by obvious negligence in keeping the jewel, dropping or damaging the crystals.
  • No complaints about roses are accepted unless they differ in size and color and By Angeloff is informed immediately after the delivery.

Incorrectly sent or damaged item

If you receive an incorrectly sent or damaged item, you should notify By Angeloff immediately at: sales@byangeloff.com or telephone +359 899 34 94 36.

In the e-mail please write your:

  1. Names
  2. Address
  3. A phone number where we can find you
  4. Your order number
  5. Item details
  6. The reason you return it and the complaint
  7. Do you want to return or exchange it for another item

Any orders that have damage upon arrival must be photographed immediately as proof and attached to the e-mail with which you inform By Angeloff for the damage. No request of replacement or refund can be reviewed or approved without photo evidence. Once the photos are received, there will be a required review period to verify any damages. The period for verification could not be long than 5 business days.
